With Topaz Therapy you have access to a online booking system that allow you to schedule, cancel, and re-schedule. Jane App allows you to have full control of your own schedule.

Your appointment will be scheduled for your booked time. Your treatment time will start at the time selected. Please note your therapist will arrive at your location 15-20 minutes prior to treatment time to setup and be able to start your treatment in a timely manner.

We accept all forms of payment. 

• Credit card via Online booking system

• Interac E-transfer

• Cash

Upon booking a credit card is required to hold your bookings and will not be charged unless there are late cancellations, missed appointments, or to make a payment per request. Please note all services unless otherwise mentioned, is covered by your insurance company . Direct billing is unfortunately not offered but an insurance receipt will be provided after your services are complete.
